MCI 好像是. PCI is not.
I have a few: NMZ, NUM and HYD. The yield is around 5.5-6.2%, no federal tax. NUM = Nuveen Michigan Quality Income Municipal Fund.
NMZ= Nuveen Municipal High Income Opportunity Fund; HYD = Market Vectors® High-Yield Municipal Index ETF
I had Nuveen Arizona Premium Income Municipal (NAZ) before but sold when it got to $14.0.

BTW, all of the above funds pay monthly...
Nuveen has a whole bunch of them including many states like New Jersey, Texas and Ohio, etc. Somehow NAZ (Arizoma) is popular. I bought it when it was 12.7, and it increased to 14;  I got scared so sold it.
PIMCO "build america" one did really really well! But it closed automatically when the bond king left a few weeks ago...

Yes, the yield is real yield after adm fee, for instance, each month the dividend for NMZ is 0.076, and I receive dividend (=number of shares X dividend rate ) without any other deduction. I just checked...

Yes, PHK looks great! It is not tax efficient so I did not pick it... I will consider it now when the price is at a safe level
