第一， 美国的房地产
Currently Taiwan has 500 flights/week to China. Especially, it's like taking shuttles from Taipei to all China's major cities. You can take a round trip in the same day to finish a meeting and vist friends.
第二， 税务
"在美国的税务，应该是比较低的" - fallacy. Everyone knows that america is 萬萬稅. They tax on everyone in the states, and they also tax on every US citizens in foreign countries.
第三， 文化的多样性
"各种餐馆，应有尽有" - I don't think so for the USA. Taipei is really like that.
"打高尔夫球，价格是中国大陆的平均的三分之一" - If your hobby is golfing only? If you have been to any driving ranges in Taiwan, you will know how good they are. Nothing in the states is comparable.
"电器产品" - That's one time expense. You won't repace TV every month right?
"许多户外空间，更是中国用钱也买不来" - I won't argue this with you.
"空气" - You have not had enough pollen here?
"水质" - Taipei's water is not bad too.
"交通的相对便利" - Wrong wrong wrong! Do you still want to drive when you are 70 years old? Taipei has very convenient subway system, and you can get a taxi anywhere at anytime (24x7).
第四， 医疗水准
"美国的医疗水准和价格水平的" - How much are you willing to spend??? The medical expense in the states is 10 times as that in China, or at least 3 times as that in Taiwan. Taiwan has universal health insuarance, and it is one of the best in the world.
"享受美国的老人的医疗保护" - You got to be kidding. That is true for 20 years ago, and not anymore.
第五， 墓地安排
"美国的墓地，是没有20年，30年或者50年的限制的" - You can permenantly own a piece of land in Taiwan. |
