本来sell short 就有相当不合理的地方，好比， 我开车进城，把车存在Garage，开电梯的问我几点取，我说几点几点。好，我一出门，他就把我的车借给别人在NY逛。等我回来前，他把车Call回来。我交的存车费一分没少，他收了租出我的车的钱。借车的也可能比打车的便宜方便。
最合理的应该是， Long的人有选择借出或不借的选项。借的人亏了自理，盈利和借出者分成。
