NorthStar Realty Finance Announces Plan to Spin-off European Real Estate Business into a Separate Publicly-Traded REIT

It is early than what I would expect.

The previous spinoff from NRF is NSAM which is the NorthStar's management company.
NSAM would be benifit from the new spinoff. NRF might have a dip if there is a secondary offerings to raise the money in the next a few weeks. Then it would also benefit to NSAM. NRF ER is tomorrow.
