I am listening BT's weekend seminar. Mrs. Larry said that one of the best indicators to use to establish a position is the commercials. However, I was not able to figure out from his presentation where to find out the commercials' position. In other words, where can I find the net position of the commercial. Anyone could explain this?

I feel commercial is the institution or mutual fund manger.
